Software for the 1-truck operator
HoodKeeper remembers when every restaurant is due for service, auto-creates the work order, and delivers the paperwork — so you never lose a customer to a forgotten schedule.
You started this business because you're good at the work. Not because you enjoy chasing spreadsheets, tracking when each restaurant is due, and rebuilding service records every time a fire marshal asks to see them.
Most operators are running Google Calendar, a notepad, and their phone. It works until it doesn't — and when you miss a quarterly cleaning, you've given that restaurant a reason to find someone else.
How it works
Name, address, cooking type, and services. Takes under two minutes per customer. No onboarding wizard, no configuration screens.
Choose the anchor frequency for Hood & Duct Cleaning. Other services attach to it as multiples. HoodKeeper auto-creates the work order when each visit comes due.
Complete the work order on-site. Photos attach automatically. The PDF compliance certificate goes to the restaurant. No extra steps.
Pick a cooking type. HoodKeeper pre-fills the suggested anchor interval based on NFPA 96. You can override to anything.
These are the minimum NFPA 96 intervals. Your customers' insurance or local codes may require more frequent service — HoodKeeper tracks it either way.
Pricing
For operators running one truck, 5 to 50 accounts.
No annual contract required. Cancel anytime. No setup fee.
The goal isn't to replace your clipboard. It's to make the clipboard unnecessary — so you can focus on the work and let the system handle the remembering.
HoodKeeper handles the schedule, the paperwork, and the reminders. You handle the work.
